Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Retreat
This 1-day retreat is intended for those in the healing arts (e.g. healthcare professionals, physicians, therapists, chiropractors, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, bodyworkers, massage therapists, energy healers, acupuncturists, yoga teachers, etc.).
This retreat will offer a sacred space to facilitate healing and growth. We will be using ketamine as a catalyst for deep self-exploration within a carefully curated group. Dr. Abu Ata and Dr. Cook believe in the power of shifting consciousness to shed light on one’s Truth revealing the fullness of energetic potential.

- 1 Day In-person Group Retreat, Pre-Retreat Preparation Session online and Post-Retreat
Integration Session online - Led by 2 integrative/holistic psychiatrists
- 1 Ketamine experience per person (optional)
- Small Scale (limited to 10 participants)
- Holistic group process and shadow work
- Medical/Psychiatric Evaluation to determine appropriateness

About your Facilitators:
Dr. Nesrin Abu Ata, MD
Dr. Nesrin Abu Ata, MD is a holistic trauma informed psychiatrist with experience in addiction, child and adolescent psychiatry and mind body medicine practices based in somatic and mindfulness practices. She has more than 10 years of experience providing psychiatric care to people from all walks of life. Dr. Abu Ata is board certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine and family medicine.
Dr. Michelle Cook, MD is a holistic trauma informed psychiatrist who is deeply inspired by the intuitive “inner-healing intelligence” that binds us together and allows us to heal and be healed. She has specific training in psychoanalytic, transpersonal and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. She believes in the power of the mind/body/spirit connection and utilizes relational, energetic, mindfulness, transpersonal and somatic practices. She is board certified in adult general psychiatry.
